Skilled Nursing

Skilled nursing services are provided by a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) under the direction of a supervising nurse. Your nurse is your health care team leader and coordinates all the services you receive, communicating with your physician to update your plan of care. Accredited nurses also provide comprehensive laboratory services, such as blood tests, urinalysis, and more.
